The booking system

Availability is generated from three things: your opening hours, the duration of the service the customer picked, and the appointments already in your calendar. Only slots that satisfy all three are shown.

Confirmed bookings are written to the same calendar your dashboard reads, so a customer booking and a booking you add by hand can never overlap. Each appointment keeps the customer name, phone number, service, date, time and status, and you can confirm, complete or cancel it at any point.
