1. What SlotPilot provides
SlotPilot is online scheduling software that lets appointment-based businesses create a profile, add services and opening hours, share a public booking page and manage appointments from a single dashboard.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SlotPilot website, dashboard and related services.
2. 14-day free trial
New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to SlotPilot features. No payment card is required to start the trial.
During the trial you may be invited to add a payment method, but you are not charged until the trial ends. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your subscription will stop automatically and you will not be charged.
3. Subscription and billing
After the trial, SlotPilot is available for 59.99 RON/month. Billing is handled by Stripe and renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
Prices are stated in Romanian Lei (RON) and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise indicated. We may adjust pricing in the future with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. Failed payments may result in restricted access to the dashboard until the issue is resolved.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your dashboard under “Manage subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
There are no cancellation fees. After cancellation, your account may revert to a limited or read-only state.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SlotPilot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service or other users. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading false, misleading or fraudulent business or customer information.
- Attempting to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.
- Using the service to send spam, harassment or malicious content.
- Interfering with the security, availability or performance of the service.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of the business information, services, prices and availability you publish through SlotPilot.
7. Availability and service limitations
We aim to keep SlotPilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
SlotPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for missed appointments, lost revenue or other business losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Intellectual property
SlotPilot, its name, logo, software, designs and content are owned by SlotPilot Technologies SRL (registration details pending) or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to host, process and display that data solely for the purpose of operating SlotPilot.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotPilot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to SlotPilot in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service or create risk for us or other users. We will generally provide notice before termination, but may act immediately in cases of serious abuse.
You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and we may delete or archive your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SlotPilot after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard.
